This document regulates the use of the movestelio.com website, owned by Movestelio Sociedad Limitada.
1. Purpose
Movestelio publishes educational content about sustainability, clean energy and sustainable agriculture in Spain. Access to the site implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Users
Use of the site is free of charge and does not require prior registration, except for subscribing to the weekly Eco bulletin. Users undertake to make responsible and respectful use of the contents.
3. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, trademarks and graphic elements are the property of Movestelio S.L. or of their respective authors. Commercial reproduction is not permitted without written authorisation.
4. Responsibility
Movestelio makes reasonable efforts to keep contents updated to 2026. However, it does not guarantee the total absence of typographical mistakes and accepts no responsibility for decisions taken exclusively on the basis of the published information.
5. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any controversy shall be submitted to the Madrid City Courts, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
