At Movestelio S.L. we treat the personal data of our users with respect, transparency and responsibility, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December.

2. Purposes of processing
Data provided through the bulletin form is used solely to send the weekly Eco bulletin, to respond to your enquiries and for internal administrative management. No automated decisions or commercial profiling are carried out.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject, which may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in the bulletin or by writing to privacidad@movestelio.com.
4. Data retention
Data is kept while the subscriber maintains their consent. If consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
5. Recipients
No data is transferred to third parties, except to technology email-sending providers based in the European Union, duly engaged in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR.
6. Rights of users
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition and portability by writing to privacidad@movestelio.com. You may also submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
